If your team (all 8) put in that command, you all die, and return to the outpost you were in (Heroe's Ascent for an example).
I have only used this in Heroes' Ascent battles, to "surrender". |

Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work in missions in Tyria, though I've not tested Cantha missions. Submitted a bug report too.

didn't work as of a few days ago in Cantha either. With Vizunah being bugged the way it is we've had plenty of chances to try it.
Maybe one of the very recent updates fixed it. |

Didnt work for me the other day either, but that was caused by one of two things;
A strange thing happened in the first mission on the mainland (forgive me, I forget the name). The one where you have two teams together? Well, my guildy was in the process of alot of downloading, and havign to downlaod the entire mission area meant that he took about 4 mintues to come in Now because I didnt knwo what was happening in the mission, I scuttered off, leaving Mhenlo behind - I expected him to follow, but he took his time. Therefore, the first group of enemies were still allies, as they only turn to enemies when Mhenlo arrives. So we run past, and about a minute later Mhenlo gets destryoed by the group, so them ission has failed. The other group returns to outpost. But I cant, as my friend is the group leader and still to load When he did load abotu a minute later, he was not dead. Usually when you fail all party members die. But because he wasnt loaded at that point, he lived . The button for 'return to outpost' never showed up. He ran through, past the first group of enemies where Mhenlo was killed, and to the palce where we all fell dead when we faield the mission. He rebirthed me and the Henchies, and we continued the mission for a bit :P The cutseen came in, but instead of 2 groups, there was just us, and Mhenlo and Togo werent there, but the voices were Knowing we couldnt actually complete the mission now, being at half the amount of recomended players, we figured we woudl try out the /resign method. However, it didnt work. (thats the end of the story, now for the bit you want to know It was either due to the fact that we had already 'failed' the mission, so it didnt work, or that it simply doesnt work with henchies. |

^Wouldn't need it with henchies anyway (Henchies already follow you back into the district in your group).
I used /resign just fine yesterday...so obviously its fixed to some degree. |

Let's say that my guild is a GvG match. We haven't killed off the guild lord, but DPed out several of the other team and are in an inevitable position to win. What happens when half the other team resigns, but the other half continues to play to the end? Are the people that resign still allowed to do stuff or does it basically only do something when everyone on the other team resigns?
